Must Eat Daily Food for Perfect Health


Five kinds of Food For Perfect Health is composed of various elements common foods people eat every day, namely:



1. Basic Food

Serves as the primary food source of energy for the body to be able to do daily activities. Examples such as rice, corn, oats, potatoes, wheat / wheat flour, and other tubers.

2. Side-Dish

Dishes on the food has a function to meet the needs of vitamins, mineral, strength in the body builder. For example the tempe (fermented soybean patty), tofu, eggs, meat, fish, and others.

3. Vegetables

Vegetables in food has a function to meet the needs of easy digestion of all food in the body. Example: Kangkung, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes, chillies, long beans, cabbage squashed, squash, and so forth.

4. Fruit

Similar to vegetables, fruits, food has a function to meet the needs of vitamin and digestion in the body. For example the apples, mangosteen, passion fruit, persimmon, salak Pondoh, durian, and so forth.

5. Milk

Milk as a supplement where there is no obligation or need us to eat or drink. But there is nothing wrong if we drink milk after eating, because it contains a variety of substances that are useful and good for our bodies.
