What to do if accidentally Dropped Mobile Phone Into Water!

HELP! I ACCIDENTALLY DROPPED MY MOBILE PHONE INTO THE WATER! WHAT SHOULD I DO?



When you accidentally dropped your mobile phone into water or when there is water inside your mobile phone, the first thing you have to do is quickly remove the battery and do not try to switch it on.


Clean up your phone with dry cloth inside out.
Put your mobile phone inside a tupperware or air tight container with a silica gel too so that the humidity is not too high inside.
If you do not have silica gel, you can replace it with raw rice about half of the container.
Leave them for about 3 days. If it still cannot be switched on, try to recharge the phone.
I personally have tried it and it works! Good Luck!




Another alternative way is to use a hair drier to dry out the water but be careful not to let the phone get too hot.
